Emory Mail Services is excited to introduce new student package lockers at all three campus mail centers, providing a secure and convenient way to pick up packages anytime, day or night.

Locker Installation Schedule

• Few Hall (Atlanta Campus): Early Fall 2026
• Whatcoat Hall (Oxford Campus): Early Fall 2026
• Student Activity & Academic Center (SAAC): Mid-Fall 2026

How the Locker System Works

Once your package is processed by Mail Services and assigned to a locker, you will receive an email notification with pickup instructions.

Important Information

• 24/7 Access: Lockers may be accessed at any time.
• Package Loading Hours: Packages are placed in lockers only during Mail Services operating hours.
• 72-Hour Pickup Window: Packages will remain in a locker for up to 72 hours.
• Unclaimed Packages: If a package is not picked up within 72 hours, it will be returned to the mail center and must be picked up in person during regular business hours.

Picking Up a Package from a Locker

You can access your package using the following method at the locker kiosk:

Use Your Emory Card

Tap your Emory Card at the locker kiosk.

Once authenticated, the assigned locker door will automatically open. Please remove your package and close the locker door completely before leaving.
