Milner will operate as the sole vendor for multifunction devices (print, scan, copy, fax) and provide the following services to manage the entire fleet of devices

- MPS Monitor tools and software for departmental leaders
- All toner with supply monitoring and auto-replenish
- All mono print/copies (b/w free)
- Guidance on setting up departmental best practices for an optimized and efficient fleet
