Emory Mail Services (operated by Ricoh) is responsible for providing mail delivery, collection, processing, and other services for Emory University and Emory Healthcare at multiple locations. We look forward to serving all your mail and packaging needs.

Notice: Effective Friday, May 3, 2024:

Due to events on campus, Emory is moving to a central distribution model for all mail and packages as follows:

  • FedEx, UPS, Amazon and DHL have been notified to deliver packages addressed to Emory's zip code 30322 to the Emory Mail Center at 1762 Clifton Road, Suite 1650. This will affect packages shipped directly to your campus building locations.

  • Starting Friday, May 3, 2024, Emory Mail Services will deliver items directly to your locations until further notice.

  • Emory Mail Services will make every effort to deliver items upon delivery but please know that processing time may vary depending on incoming volume.

  • To expedite your packages during this time, please have items shipped using the following format:

  • Clairmont Campus Mail Center located inside the SAAC
  • Whatcoat Street Building adjacent to the Oxford College Campus.
